Terms & Conditions
Terms and Conditions – Participation in Coaching Sessions
1. Parental Responsibility
All children attending sessions remain the responsibility of their parent/carer at all times, including during coaching activities.
This is not a drop-off service. A responsible adult must remain on-site and attentive throughout the session unless prior written consent has been granted by the coach.
Parents/carers must monitor their child when they are not directly engaged in coaching activities, including:
- While waiting their turn,
- Moving around the venue,
- Playing independently.
2. Supervision Outside Coaching Time
It is the parent/carer’s responsibility to ensure their child:
- Does not leave the venue or hall at any time,
- Is safely escorted to and from the toilet,
- Does not interfere with equipment, facilities, or other users during breaks or transitions.
The coach is responsible only for delivering coaching activities as a group facilitator, not as a personal or 1:1 supervisor.
3. Coaching Scope
Our coaching sessions are delivered in a group setting. We are not able to provide individualised or 1:1 support unless separately arranged.
If we determine that a child’s needs or behaviour require support beyond what can be safely managed in a group environment, we reserve the right to pause or end their participation in future sessions. This decision will always be made in the interest of the child’s wellbeing and group safety.
4. Cancellations & Non-Attendance
Session fees are non-refundable. If a parent/carer chooses not to attend, withdraws their child, or misses a session for any reason, no refund or credit will be given.
Refunds will only be issued if the coach cancels the session.
5. Health, Safety & Behaviour
Parents/carers must inform the coach of any relevant medical, behavioural, or developmental conditions that may affect their child’s participation.
Children must follow group safety rules. Unsafe, disruptive, or aggressive behaviour may result in the child being asked to leave a session.
We reserve the right to refuse ongoing attendance if a child’s behaviour or needs consistently affect the safety or experience of others.
6. Changes to Terms
These terms may be updated at any time. Continued participation in sessions indicates agreement with the most recent version.
7. Sign-In and Sign-Out Procedure
All children must be signed in and out of each session by a parent, guardian, or named responsible adult.
This is a mandatory safeguarding requirement. Children may not be dropped off or collected without being formally signed in/out, and they will not be permitted to leave the venue without an authorised adult.
It is the parent/carer’s responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the sign-in/sign-out record at each session.
8. Injury Liability
NDFC accepts no responsibility for injuries incurred during the coaching of our invasion games. All activities carry an inherent risk, and while every effort is made to provide a safe environment, participation is at the parent’s and child’s own risk.
9. Agreement
By attending our sessions, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms and conditions.
